Horizons Bible Study of Confessing the Beatitudes concludes its study with lesson 9.
Scripture: Matthew 5:11-12; 23:29-36; Luke 6:22-23. Key idea: Jesus calls his
disciples to take the joyful risk of putting their honor and their lives on the line for his
sake and the sake of the gospel. Pastor Jeff will continue to lead this study at 1:00
p.m. Bring your Horizons study book. Before the study begins there will be a time of
fellowship with a catered lunch. If you plan to have lunch at noon, you need to see
Rose Mary Brockenbrough to select your lunch item and pay for it in advance. If you
