Presbyterian Women is a national organization within the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). The group works to support women spiritually through Bible study as well as providing a place for fellowship and opportunities for education and mission. The women of Cottonwood gather regularly and invite you to participate with them.
PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN IN ACTION
PW wants to thank all those who participated in the Bake Sale and in Lori Barland's talk on her trip to Kenya. We are grateful for all the donations of food and money though out the year. The money and proceeds from the Bake Sale help us to continue our mission projects.
Remember to purchase tickets for the beautiful quilt made by Holladay Quilt Group. The money collected will be given to the Cottonwood Church Building Fund. Tickets will only be sold until Hanging of the Greens (12/7). The drawing will be during the meal at that time. You need not be present to win.

Calendars for Crossroads - The Outreach Committee and Presbyterian Women are once again asking for your support for this campaign. The response from the congregation this past year was truly overwhelmingly gratifying! As of September 1, we have donated a total of 245 wall calendars and 32 pocket calendars as well as new note cards and notepads.
Outdated calendars are welcome too. Because Crossroads clients cannot afford framed art, they take apart old calendars and use the pictures to decorate the walls of their apartments. As in the past, calendars can be left in the white laundry basket near the name tag board.
Thank you for your continuing support of this very worthwhile project.
