PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN IN ACTION

 

PW has a new outreach project. It is called the Fistula Project
and benefits the women in Uganda. It is a simple and easy project
for us. We are contributing 11-inch by 11-inch squares to be put
together for blankets to distribute to the women of Uganda after
they have had fistula surgery. Anyone who knits or crochets will find this an easy
way to help. All you need is size 10 needles for knitting, a crochet hook size G,
and worsted weight yarn (MUST BE WASHABLE). The yarn can be ANY color or any
combination of colors. Cast on 40 stitches. Straight knit until piece measures 11
