Presbyterian Women

Presbyterian Women is a national organization within the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).  The group works to support women spiritually through Bible study as well as providing a place for fellowship and opportunities for education and mission.  The women of Cottonwood gather regularly and invite you to participate with them.

CIRCLE 4 will meet Tuesday, September 20th at 12:30 p.m. in the
Fellowship Hall. Pastor Jeff Silliman will be leading us through the
Horizons Bible Study Guide - "Who Is Jesus". Study guides are
available in the church office or you may pick one up when we meet
for on the 20th.

WOMEN'S LUNCH BUNCH - Thursday, September 8th, 11:45 a.m. at Hot Dynasty
located at 3390 S. State St. (restaurant is around back of the building). Please RSVP to
Virginia Hartsook at 801-274-0489 by noon, Wednesday, September 7th.

The Prayer Shawl group of Presbyterian Women
Meets September 7th (first Wednesday of each month)
From 1-2:30 p.m. in room one of CPC.
PRAYER SHAWL GROUP - Do you knit and or crochet? Do you want to
learn how to knit or crochet? The Prayer Shawl Ministry needs your help
to knit or crochet prayer shawls for CPC and hospice use and blanket
squares for the Uganda Fistula Hospital surgical patients. Yarn and

Your Cottonwood PW wish to notify all women of Cottonwood Presbyterian Church that we are members of P.W. Worldwide, an organization that encompasses the world and yet so close on Vine St. You are needed and wanted at all our functions. Looking forward to a new year of gatherings to serve our church. With your help we will have a successful, wonderful year of fellowship, mission work and growth.
